Vinistra is the regional and international exhibition of wine, viticulture and winemaking equipment that opens its doors to exhibitors and visitors for the 21st time. The exhibition will be held from May 9 to 11 at hall Žatika in Porec.
In three days of the event visitors can taste high quality wines of Istrian producers, indigenous local products like Istrian prosciutto, cheese, olive oil and more.

Vinistra is the regional and international exhibition of wine, viticulture and winemaking equipment. It consists of high-standard wine judging, so the best are awarded with prizes and medals. In three days of the event many wine experts, retailers and wine lovers visit and taste wines of the entire Istrian wine scene.
The last few years of participation in Vinistra our wines received numerous awards and medals for quality.

Inspired by the tradition of winemaking, the characteristics of the territory, and the richness of the indigenous varieties, a guide “Vini Buoni d’Italia” was created. The guide is unique because it is dedicated exclusively to indigenous wine varieties of Italy and Istria. 80 tasters assembled in 21 commissions are involved in wine tasting and evaluation.
Top rated wines get the awards “Corona” and “Golden Star”.
At the last evaluation we have participated with our three indigenous varieties, Muscat Rose of Porec, Istrian Malvasia and Teran. Muscat Rose of Porec received the highest recognition “Corona”.

Tasting of young wines “En primeur” was held for the third time in Hotel Esplanade, Zagreb on February 11 in organization of associations “Vinistra“, “Grasevina Croatica“ and “Vino Dalmacije“.
Seventy winemakers from Istria, Slavonia and Dalmatia presented the vintage 2013 of three most important Croatian white grape varieties, Istrian Malvasia, Grasevina and Posip.

GAST fair is a meeting place for many manufacturers and retailers of food, beverages, hotel and restaurant equipment, recognized in business circles as a place of contract logistics for the tourist season.
