We apply short pruning, manual maintenance of the green mass of the vine, as well as selection and removal of excess grape to get top quality grapes from which we produce our wines.
In short time we have reached a high level of quality by investing the acquired knowledge and experience, lots of hard work, love and dedication.
Much attention is paid to the timeliness of certain interventions during grape processing, treatment and storage which ensures great results.
Our family produces three autochtonous Istrian varieties, Istrian malvazija, Teran and Muscat rose of Porec, and two world-grape varieties, Cabernet sauvignon and Muscat yellow of Poreč.
